• Any misuse of the platform can lead to suspension or permanent ban of your account.

2.Disclaimer

Panditon serves as a facilitator connecting users with verified pandits for various religious services. While we ensure due diligence, we make no guarantees or warranties about the spiritual outcomes or effects of any service.

• We are not liable for personal, religious, spiritual, or material consequences resulting from rituals or advice received.
• All religious interpretations and guidance are subjective and based on individual pandit expertise.
• Users are advised to consult professionals for medical, legal, or financial issues unrelated to spiritual matters.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of services, certain conditions apply:

• Full refunds will only be provided if:
  • The assigned pandit does not attend the scheduled service.
  • Panditon cancels the service due to internal issues.
• Partial or no refunds will be applicable if:
  • The user cancels the service within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
  • Service is interrupted due to inaccurate or incomplete user details.
• refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of the issue.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
