1. Introduction

Panditon is a digital platform that connects users with verified pandits (priests) for various religious rituals, consultations, and pooja-related services. These services are provided both online and offline, as per user requests.

By using our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the services provided by Panditon. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information while booking any service.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the location and time provided for offline services are correct and safe for both parties.
• You shall not misuse the platform for any illegal, disrespectful, or inappropriate activity.

4. Service Booking and Execution

• All bookings are subject to availability of pandits and materials.
• Panditon reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unavoidable circumstances (natural calamities, emergencies, etc.).
• Any specific requirements (samagri, language preference, etc.) must be mentioned during the booking process.

5. Payments and Refund Policy

• Payments must be made in full before the service is confirmed.
• Refunds are allowed only in the following cases:
  • Service provider fails to attend.
  • Service is canceled by Panditon due to internal reasons.
• No refund will be issued for last-minute user cancellations (within 24 hours of service time).
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.

6. Verification and Conduct of Pandits

• Panditon ensures that all pandits on the platform are verified and qualified.
• However, Panditon shall not be held liable for any personal misbehavior or negligence by pandits during the service. Any such incident should be reported immediately for appropriate action.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, logos, icons, graphics, images, and software, is the property of Panditon and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. All user data collected is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described.

9. Limitation of Liability

Panditon shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or incidental damages arising out of service delays, cancellations, or errors.
• Any spiritual or personal outcome of the rituals or consultations.

10. Termination

Panditon reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if we believe you have violated any of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bhilwara, Rajasthan.
